HUM 200 - Understanding the Humanities: An Introduction 3 Credits
Does it happen that certain references or terms are used but not fully understood? This class may help clarify and inform. General humanities themes presented in philosophy, religion, the arts, language, and literature—all illustrating the foundation of Western thought. Readings include handouts, one central novel, a play, short stories and poetry. Incidental student projects will be shared in class. Prerequisite: ENG 101 or equivalent
