JPN 101 - Elementary Japanese I

This is a course for students who have no previous experience in learning the Japanese language. Both the written and the spoken language are taught. Because the basic Japanese alphabet (Hiragana) is completely phonetic, the students are able to read and write Japanese with ease after learning this alphabet.
