AMS 480 - Seminar: The History and Culture of the Cold War


1 semester, 3 Credits

This course studies the roots and course of the Cold War, and its impact on domestic culture—Hollywood’s response to McCarthyism, the impact of anticommunism on domestic ideology and sexuality, and the implications of America’s international anti-Communist crusade on its political institutions.
