ECN 380 - Law and Economics 1 semester, 3 Credits
Presents an economic evaluation of the law. It examines the consequences of judicial decisions on the process of resource allocation and evaluates the legal system in terms of its ability to facilitate and achieve economic efficiency. The necessary framework for understanding the evolution of the law and the comparison of alternative legal systems is developed. Prerequisite: ECN 101.
