EDU 504 - Supervision/Personnel Problems in Education

The problems involved in selecting teachers, clerical, and maintenance staffs, as well as recruiting, selecting, training, and retaining are explored in this course. Relations between administrators and school committees to various policy-making bodies will also be covered.
