EDU 738 - Implementing Mediation and Conflict Resolution into the School Culture

This course is designed for the school professional. Teachers and school administrators will be given an overview of medication and conflict resolution strategies for managing student, parent, and staff conflicts. Participants will learn the mediation process theory and practice. Cross-cultural resolution methodology will be a significant part of the course.
