EDU 767 - Children’s & Adolescent Literature 3 Credits
This course features children’s and adolescent literature in a variety of genres and from diverse cultural perspectives. It offers students an opportunity to explore authentic literature in the context of a readers’ workshop; to understand critical, aesthetic and biographical response to literature; and to examine the use of narrative and expository texts in content area learning.
