Understanding educational theories and the implications for classroom practice is central to the work of teachers (Tracey & Morrow, 2017). Provides a theoretical and research foundation for sound literacy instruction. Candidates will develop in-depth knowledge of the theories and research that are integral to a comprehensive literacy program and to all teaching and learning.
