PSY 336 - Sensation and Perception


1 semester, 3 credits-

Covers the processes via which we detect stimuli in the environment and then select, organize, and interpret these stimuli. The focus will primarily be on vision and hearing, but will also touch on the chemical, somatic and vestibular senses as time permits. Prerequisite: PSY 100 or permission of the instructor. Not open to first-year students.
