MBA 626 - Financial Management for Corporations

Gives an in-depth study of the financial management problems of business in general, but corporations in particular, as they relate to working capital needs, flow of funds, optimum allocation, and the management of current operations. Additionally, problems of capital budgeting, debt management, acquisition or merger, and other long-term financial problems in managing the capital structure of the organization are examined. Prerequisites: MBA 532 or FIN 207, and MBA 533 or ECN 101 and 102.
