HSC 206 - Nutrition and Disease Prevention


1 semester, 3 credits

Enables students to understand the dynamic relationship between nutrition, lifelong health, and disease prevention. This course provides foundational knowledge of macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals, and prepares students to engage in nutritional planning and dietary management related for healthy individuals and those aiming to prevent or manage chronic diseases and conditions.
