EDU 837 - Organization and Supervision

3 credits-

Grounded in the 2019 RI legislation around high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) in ELA/literacy. Through analysis of a literacy program, teacher interviews, and classroom observations, candidates will become proficient in their understanding of the evaluation criteria for HQIM, the ways in which materials qualify as high-quality, and the instructional support needed for successful implementation.
