Social media, digital devices, and artificial intelligence (AI) impact how businesses function and they struggle to leverage these tools while minimizing their legal, financial, and reputational risk. Examines social media platforms and technological devices in the contemporary business environment, with an emphasis on legal issues, big data/privacy, ethical considerations, social media crisis management, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
