MBA 646 - Real Estate

3 credits-

This course will cover debt and equity financing of real estate properties and will provide students with an understanding of the risks and rewards associated with investing in and financing multi‐family and commercial real estate. Students will acquire the requisite analytical skills to value investment property in addition to evaluating various debt and equity options concerning acquiring and financing property.
