BLS 490 - Independent Reading in Black Studies
1 semester, 3 credits-
Exploration of advanced topics in Black Studies outside of regular offerings. The student has primary responsibility for designing the experience but study plans, reading lists, and written requirements will be developed in consultation with the sponsoring faculty member. Prerequisite: BLS 101. Permission of instructor and department chair required. Open to Black Studies majors and minors only, except in special circumstances.
