EDU 285 - Responsive Classroom Environment

1 semester, 3 credits-

Prepares teacher candidates to foster a positive, child-centered classroom environment that considers children’s cultural and linguistic backgrounds as well as their cognitive, social, intellectual, academic and behavioral strengths.  Emphasizes strategies that support all children to be successful, engaged and productive members of a caring, respectful community of learners.
