MSC 318 - Leading Choral Ensembles

1 semester, 4 credits (with field experience)-

Designed to prepare students to lead an effective choral program. The student will demonstrate rehearsal techniques, score preparation, knowledge of repertoire, methods of selecting appropriate works, and group vocal techniques. Long-range planning, budget preparations, evaluations, concert planning, diversion, equity, and inclusion, and communication are also considered.
