PSY 267 - Social Psychology 1 semester, 3 credits-
A survey of the influence of others on the thoughts, attitudes, and behavior of the individual. Social issues such as aggression, discrimination, persuasion techniques and marketing, and pro-social behavior are examined in the framework of classical and current research and theories of social cognition, person perception, attitude formation and change, and group processes. Prerequisite: PSY 100 or permission of the instructor. Previously PSY 317.
