CLA 213 - Scientific and Medical Terminology from Greek and Latin

1 Semester, 3 credits- Core Foundation/Proficiency: Oral Communication

This course familiarizes students with modern scientific and medical terminology derived from Latin and Greek. It also regularly explores the history of science and medicine and how past concerns inform modern practices and terminology. No previous knowledge of Latin or Greek is needed.
