ENG 383 - Creative Writing: Creative Nonfiction

Helps students learn to write creative nonfiction and explore its subgenres, such as personal essay and literary journalism. Exercises are designed to sharpen students skill in rendering the elements of creative nonfiction. Student work is discussed in a workshop situation. A selection of published creative nonfiction is read along with student work.
