MSS 601 - Executive Strategy and Leadership in Sports

This course is designed to explore the critical function of leadership in the management of sport organizations. Building from the academic foundations of strategy, organizational behavior, and organizational theory, we consider the degree to which leadership is of strategic importance to organizational operations. The course will approach sports leadership and strategy from a variety of directions and approaches.
