The Programs
The Department of Engineering and Physics offers undergraduate programs designed to prepare individuals for careers and further study in applied physics and engineering. The department offers both a bachelor of science degree in applied physics and a combined-plan engineering program, which has affiliations with Columbia University and Washington University in St. Louis. For students who are interested in teaching physics at the high school level, a physics/secondary education track that leads to a bachelor of arts degree is also available.
