The Providence Alliance for Catholic Teachers (PACT) is a two-year teacher formation program designed to prepare teachers and leaders for Catholic schools. Members of the program teach full-time in New England Catholic schools while studying for a master of education degree.

This program is a member of the University Consortium for Catholic Education (UCCE).

Liberal arts and science majors pursue a master’s degree in education leading to initial certification in secondary education in a specific subject area. Education majors with teacher certification upon entry into the PACT program pursue a master’s degree in another PC graduate program, as approved by the program director.

Members of the program live in intentional, faith-based communities in residences provided by the program.
