ACC 415 - Advanced Taxes

Examines advanced topics in taxation with some review of topics from a basic tax course. Advanced topics include taxes on the financial statements, taxation of corporations, basis calculations under different entities, distributions under different entities, corporate reorganizations, partnership taxation issues, S-corporations, and property transactions. Prerequisite: ACC 406
