MGT 320 - Human Resource Management 3 Credits
Human resource management deals with the design of formal systems in an organization to ensure the effective and efficient use of human talent to accomplish organizational goals. Topics covered include job analysis, staffing, training and development managing and appraising performance, compensation, pay and benefits, employee relations, and union-management relations. Prerequisite: MGT 105 .
