EDU 515 - Principal as Instructional Leader: Building Capacity to Support All Students

Focuses on the principal’s role in developing a school culture that promotes and sustains teaching at the highest level, is guided by adult learning principles, and empowers teacher leadership. Transforming schools into professional learning communities builds collective efficacy. Principals must have the knowledge, skillset, and cultural proficiency required to increase instructional capacity and ensure all children succeed in all classrooms.
